The Origianl Australian Mountain Doodle

Hello, I'm Jenn!  I'm your main point of contact at Littleton Ranch. I manage daily operations and oversee/facilitate our breeding program.

We have our hands full, in the best of ways. I want to personally thank you for trusting us in the process of finding your next furry best friend. I've put countless hours into creating a program that matches you with the perfect companion.

We moved to the Ranch in 2000. I started out raising horses and beef cattle. As we transitioned into a family that included small humans, we grew the farm to include the breeding program you've come to know today. Our first litter was produced in 2005.

I have raised several breeds over the years, starting with Chihuahuas and then Corgis and Mexican Corgis. For a few years I raised Toy Australian Shepherds and showed them and did herd work traveling all over.  I slowly moved over to breeding Aussiedoodles, then worked our way into producing the first littler of the original Australian Mountain Doodle in 2015.

I have a strong belief that socialization makes a huge impact on the puppies we raise. The low stress environment that our mother dogs have make a significant difference in the ending temperaments. With large parcels of space for the puppies to run, grow and build muscle. The space allows them exposure to new things. This is a rare breeding opportunity as most breeders focus on "home raised" or kennel growth which allots their animals zero room for organic growth opportunities.

A great deal of time is invested into the health and genetics of our animals. It's important to me to produce lines that are steadfast and hearty.

As a family run business, my girls are actively involved in the everyday aspects of farming, including cleaning, whelping (birthing), training, and general health/care/grooming. My daughter Nevada has built a very successful grooming business that she started at the age of 10.

I've recently enrolled myself in a canine college so I can become a certified dog trainer. I would like to offer more professional approaches to training puppies/dogs in the future and look forward to adding this asset to my program.
